Just love

In the class of literature we worked with love poems. 

Then the teacher proposed to write our own by using as a guide this poems we had already read.  
So i wrote my own: 



My mind was white,
My heart turned red
As soon as i looked back
And saw your face 

From that moment onwards i need you 
Like flowers need water to grow 
I cant imagine my life
Without you by my side 


No measure of time with you
Will be long enough
But we will start with forever
Although i know it is hard
Although i know we cant

Enfermedades cardiovasculares en el anciano:

Nuestro objetivo era a través de twitter encontrar hashtags que hablen acerca de enfermedades cardiovasculares. Yo encontré un artículo interesante, acerca de estas enfermedades en los ancianos. Algunas de las cosas que aprendí fueron las siguientes:

¿Por qué son importantes las enfermedades cardiovasculares?

Los hábitos y estilos de vida son unos de los principales factores causantes de estas enfermedades. Estas enfermedades, ocupan uno de los mayores porcentajes de problemas de salud entre la población, y mas aun entre ancianos. La mayor parte de los pacientes que padecen estas enfermedades, tales como la insuficiencia cardiaca o la enfermedad coronaria, son mayormente adultos mayores a los 65 años, siendo estas las principales causas de muerte.

¿Qué cambios se producen en el sistema cardiovascular con el envejecimiento?

En el envejecimiento, se producen una serie de cambios tanto estructurales como funcionales en el corazón y las arterias. Estos cambios disminuyen la capacidad de reserva del corazón y aumentan la capacidad de enfermedades. Las arterias se vuelven rígidas y favorecen la forma de presión arterial.

¿Cuáles son las enfermedades cardiovasculares mas frecuentes en los ancianos?

Las enfermedades que mas se destacan entre los ancianos son las siguientes: Hipertensión Arterial, Insuficiencia Cardiaca, Cardiopatía isquémica y Arteriopatía periférica.

Hipertensión Arterial: principal factor de riesgo cardiovascular

Insuficiencia Cardiaca y Cardiopatía isquémica: Perdida de autonomía y principal causa de muerte

Arteriopatía periférica: Puede terminar en la amputación de una parte del cuerpo

Tareas del sistema operativo

• Comunicación con los periféricos

Es una de las tareas mas complejas. El sistema operativo tiene programas que se encargan de la comunicación con los periféricos sin que el usurario lo note. Por ejemplo, cuando escaneamos un documento  /foto etc, la computadora se encarga automáticamente de guardar este.

• Control de autorización de usuarios 

El sistema operativo se encarga de verificar que el usuario que esta utilizando la computadora este habilitado a hacerlo. Por ejemplo, necesitas ingresar un usuario y una contraseña para poder habilitar el escritorio de Windows.

• Control de la ejecución de programas

Es la cominicacion con el sistema operativo para poder acceder a los recursos de la computadora.

Sistema digestivo

En biología estamos estudiando el sistema digestivo. Nuestra profesora nos mostró esta animación acerca del tema y tuvimos que hacer un resumen del mismo. Yo arme una infografia con la información: 

Irony

The song "Ironic" by Alanis Morissette its a song wich, like the tittle says, its talks about irony. Along the story, we can identify some different clasifications of irony: 

"An old man turned ninety-eight, he won the lottery and died the next day" Situational irony. Isn´t it ironic that the man have all the luck to win the lottery and one day after he died? 

"It's like rain on your wedding day" Situational irony. The day of your wedding is supouse to be the best day of your life, full of hapiness and a sunny day.

"It's a free ride when you've already paid" Situational irony. You had just spend money in something its free!

"It's the good advice that you just didn't take" Situational irony. They give you a great advice, which may help to do the right thing, and you dont take advantage. 

"Mr. Play It Safe was afraid to fly, He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids good-bye , He waited his whole damn life to take that flight, And as the plane crashed down he thought" Situational irony. He spent his hole life wainting to fly because he was afraid, and when he finally decide to do it, his flight crash. 

The phrase above continue with "Well, isn't this nice." and this is verbal irony, because the situation it isnt nice, it is quite horrible. 

"A traffic jam when you're already late" Situational irony. You are very delayed going somewhere and you took a traffic jam which makes you more late of what you just are.

"A no-smoking sign on your cigarette break" Situational irony.  You want to smoke, and there you cant. 

"It's like 10,000 spoons when all you need is a knife" Situational irony. Its plenty of spoons, and not even a knife that is what you need.

"It's meeting the man of my dreams And then meeting his beautiful wife" Situational irony. You felt in love with a man who is married to a beautiful woman. 

For me the most ironic one is the one that says "An old man turned ninety-eight, he won the lottery and died the next day" because its like, not always, and not everyone has the good luck of winning the lottery. And its ironic how this man it seems to had all the good luck, and then in a flash it appears that its the man with less luck on the world. 

I think that the significance of all this ironics phrases that appear along the song, are showing anger. Because i can noticed that the singer is constantly repeating the phrase "Isnt it ironic?" like saying that this sort of thing cant happend. Its like she suffered from some ironic situations, and she wants to reflect on this song why this sort of thing can happend, why if, as the song says, they are ironic.
